Toulon #3 is a children's pattern for a blouse or dress in different variations for sizes 62 - 146.

Your blouse/dress can always look different, you can choose between different sleeves in long and short, a full or half button placket for the front or back, and much more.

The cut has a loose bodice that runs in a slight A-line. A gathered flounce for a blouse or dress can be sewn onto the bodice.
Patch pockets (round or square) can be attached to the dress flounce or seam pockets can be sewn in.
The button panel can be sewn at the front or back, all the way through or just on the bodice. For sizes 62 - 74, I would always recommend the button panel all the way through, as it is then easier to dress and undress the babies.

For a little more variety, the front bodice can also be sewn with piping to add subtle highlights.

For a sweet, playful look, the neckline can be sewn with a Peter Pan collar or neck ruffle.

Fabric recommendation
The pattern is designed for light to medium-weight woven fabrics such as poplin, linen, muslin, chambray, etc.
