Double-face quilted fabric from Hilco. The quilted fabric is dark blue, shiny and smooth on one side, and a fluffy, petrol-colored teddy fabric on the other. You can sew great jackets, vests, and coats with this fabric. The fabric doesn't need lining, and the seams can be finished with bias binding or overlocked.
